TimerFlux provides a free, browser-based countdown timer, stopwatch, and world clock. The Service is provided free of charge and does not require registration.

Timer preset names and labels you create are your own data and remain yours.

TimerFlux is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be available at all times or free of errors
  • Timer accuracy is suitable for any specific purpose requiring certified precision (medical, legal, official sports timing, etc.)
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

Use of TimerFlux for critical timing purposes is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TimerFlux.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
